What’s included in your tracking setup service?

My tracking setup includes everything needed to measure performance correctly: Google Tag Manager configuration, GA4 event tracking, conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta, and testing to ensure conversions fire properly. I also help define what to track based on your goals (leads, purchases, calls, form submissions, etc.).

How many conversions are included in the Lead Gen Tracking setup?

Your Lead Gen Tracking package includes tracking for your core conversions (typically 2–3 key actions). If you need more conversions tracked, you can add them as an extra.

What events do you track for lead generation websites?

I can track most lead actions, including:

  • Contact forms
  • Quote request forms
  • Phone calls (click-to-call and tracked calls)
  • Appointment bookings (Calendly, Acuity, etc.)
  • Live chat submissions
  • Key button clicks (ex: “Book a Call”, “Get a Quote”)

Note: Tracking feasibility depends on the technology behind each action (for example, the form tool, booking platform, or chat provider). If something can’t be tracked reliably with standard methods, I’ll confirm that up front and propose the best alternative.

What does eCommerce Tracking include?

eCommerce Tracking includes full GA4 + GTM setup (or cleanup), and purchase tracking that sends conversion and revenue data into GA4 and Google Ads. This includes testing to confirm revenue and purchase events are accurate.

What events do you track for eCommerce?

The core eCommerce events typically include:

  • Purchases + revenue
  • Add to cart
  • Begin checkout
  • Product views
  • Checkout steps (depending on platform)
  • Refunds (if supported)

I configure the events that matter most for both optimization and reporting.
