White Label PPC FAQ

What is white label PPC and how does it work with my agency?

White label PPC means I manage your clients’ advertising campaigns behind the scenes, while you remain their primary point of contact. I handle the setup, management, and optimization of the ads, and you present the results as part of your agency’s work. It’s your brand. I’m just doing the heavy lifting in the background.

Will my clients know that I’m outsourcing PPC services?

No, your clients won’t know. I don’t contact them or mention my name anywhere. All communication, reports, and documents can be branded with your agency’s logo. I’m completely invisible to your clients unless you ask me to be visible. But you can also choose to present me as your freelancer of choice or present me as your internal collaborator, using your domain email.

What platforms do you manage (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.)?

I manage campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing), Facebook/Instagram (formerly Meta), LinkedIn, and occasionally TikTok, depending on the project. If you have a platform in mind, please let me know and I’ll see if I can take it on.

Can you provide white label reports and dashboards?

Yes. I can send over fully branded reports that appear to be from your agency. If you prefer, I can also set up live dashboards that you can share with your clients. Please let me know your preferred format and reporting style.

How do we communicate and collaborate on client accounts?

We’ll communicate via email or through any tool you prefer, such as Slack, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp. You send over the brief and access, and I take care of the rest. I won’t contact your clients unless you specifically request it. You’ll always be in control of the relationship.
